Acceptance

By using Convertizer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Service Description

Convertizer provides free online file conversion tools. Most tools operate entirely in your browser. Some tools (Word/Excel/PowerPoint to PDF) process files on our server. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or exploit the server-side conversion tools.
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse automated access to the service.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Rate Limits

Server-side conversion tools are rate-limited to 10 conversions per 5 minutes per IP address, with a maximum of 3 concurrent conversions. Files are limited to 20 MB. These limits exist to ensure fair access for all users.

No Warranty

Convertizer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion results will be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for verifying the output of any conversion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convertizer and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, conversion errors, or service interruptions.

File Handling

For server-side tools, uploaded files are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after conversion. We do not retain, review, or share uploaded files. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to files you upload and convert. Convertizer does not claim ownership of any content you process through the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
